(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) The member-secretary shall give all the members written or oral information including the topics and programs to be discussed in the meeting of the committee.
(4) If the majority of members of the committee are present at the meeting of the committee, it will be considered that the quorum of the committee has been reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence by the vice-chairman (6) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be made by the majority of the members present at the meeting.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the committee will be written in the book (minute book).
(8) The decision of the meeting of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
